Delivery Policy

  1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia. 
  2. The respective customer is to ensure the Street Names and Postal Codes must be correct and accurate.
  3. No P.O. Box or International addresses.
  4. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please do contact the respective carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for the next deliveries or pick-up.
  5. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
  6. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
  7. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
  8. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia

 

Shipping Charges

  1. Standard shipping fee* and handling fee* will be applied based on the respective carrier service (courier service) provider, unless otherwise stated.
      
    *The fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice.
  2. Standard shipping fee* and handling fee* will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia for every transaction for local delivery, unless otherwise stated.  
  3. STRICTLY NO REFUND policy applied for shipping & handling charges.
  4. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays.#

Delivery Lead Time

  1. Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
  2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next Three (3) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
  3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows:-
  4. For delivery to within Peninsular Malaysia: 5 - 7 business working days.**
  5. For delivery to Sabah & Sarawak: 6 - 9 business working days.**

Other Matter
Delivery During Sales, Promotions & Festive Periods

  1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take a longer time.
  2. For festive seasons, please place your order 10 (TEN) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
